This is my blog, and my goal in this blog is to provide you with all the information you need to create a successful diet plan that you can follow and recommend to others. I'm not talking about a week or two, or a month or two, where you lose weight and then gain it back again. This blog will change your mindset and your bad habits.
I will talk about three important points at the beginning of any healthy regimen, regardless of its type or the age at which you start it:
1) First, why does our body gain weight?
2) Second, when we lose weight, where does the fat go?
3) Third, what foods, drinks, and medications increase the body's metabolism and help me lose weight faster?
There are three hormones in the body that control whether you gain or lose weight:
1)The first hormone is insu ##
When insulin levels increase in the body, all fat cells expand and open up, so everything you eat is stored as fat because the cells are open. People who weigh 100 or 150 kg have high insulin levels, which opens up all the fat cells. What raises insulin levels is eating sugar. So what should I do? Keep insulin at its lowest level. How? Don't eat anything that contains sugar at all. That's why we say that as long as you stay away from sugar, you can't gain weight. Why? Fat has zero effect on insulin.
As long as you don't eat any sugars, your insulin will be low, and your cells will be closed, so you can't gain weight because there is no place for it to go. The gate is not open (the gate is insulin, which is the first hormone).
2)The second hormone is growth hormone (growth hormone)##
Growth hormone is high as long as your body burns calories no matter how much you eat. It keeps you burning calories and gives you decent muscles, keeping your body and health in good shape and your bones strong. Growth hormone is a wonderful thing that regulates growth hormone and increases it.
Third things
1)Sleep well at night ##
Because growth hormone is only released at night. People who sleep during the day and stay awake at night do not benefit from it, even if they sleep for seven hours.
Nighttime sleep is different because growth hormone is only released at night.
2)Do not eat sugars and you must fast ##
Do you know how much growth hormone increases during fasting? One hundred percent? Two hundred percent? Two thousand percent. As long as you are fasting, do not eat anything. The growth hormone increases by two thousand percent. Do you know why we say that when you wake up in the morning, you burn fat completely for twenty minutes because the growth hormone is very high and insulin is very low, so burning starts from the first second of walking, running, jumping rope, or any sport Do it on an empty stomach.
Second thing:
Do you understand why we tell people not to eat an apple or a banana or drink juice with sugar after leaving the gym? Keep your growth hormone high. As long as your growth hormone is high, your body will continue to burn fat after the gym, but when you eat sugars, insulin kicks in. Who is the enemy of insulin? Growth hormone.
Of course, if insulin is high, growth hormone will be low.
Be careful, if growth hormone is high, don't eat sugars or insulin.
3)Cortisone, the third hormone ##
Cortisol is the first hormone
that acts on insulin and provides fat in the body (visceral fat). When insulin is released and rises, your body's immunity decreases to half. When insulin is released, it affects your nerves and weakens your immunity, causing you to develop many diseases due to stress. Why? Because cortisol rises if you don't sleep well. Cortisol is high, and when you stress yourself out, you are prone to eating and craving sweets. Why? Because your cortisol is high. Now you understand the importance of staying calm. You know that you pray five times a day, meditate, play sports, and drink mint tea, things that calm your nerves. Why? So that your cortisol levels go down.
And keep your cortisol levels low so you don't gain weight and so your mood stays high.
Second point about cortisol:
Found in oranges, grapefruit, lemons, peppers, and kiwis. These foods are very high in vitamin C. As long as vitamin C is high, cortisol is low.
It is very important to keep vitamin C levels high in your body.
If you can eat these things:
Take one gram of vitamin C every morning. This is excellent for immunity because it counteracts cortisol.
Three insulin and high growth hormone. Keep cortisol low. This is the summary of why we gain weight.
Let's move on to the next point:
When we lose fat, where does it go?
When fat molecules break down, their compounds (fatty acids and triglycerides) break down and release energy, but the molecules are still there, just broken down. Where do they go? This is very useful for me in the diet I am on. This fat goes away in two ways
75% is converted into carbon dioxide (breath) and exhaled
25% is converted into water and excreted in urine and sweat
Since 75% is expelled through breathing, I understood why exercise is important. I understood that anything that makes you burn calories takes fat out of the body. I understood that without exercise, how can you lose weight?
Also, if you don't breathe deeply 10 times in the morning and 10 times at night, where will the fat go? I understood that exercise is an integral part of dieting. Don't believe those who tell you that if you just eat less, you will be in excellent health. Where will the fat go if 2% is lost? 5% through urine, you still have 75% left. Be absolutely sure that you will not lose weight without exercise.
As for those who lose 3-4 kilograms in the first week or two, it is the water in your body that has been lost, not the carbohydrates in glycogen. It is the carbohydrates in the blood that have been lost.
So why didn't the fat go down? Fat stays for a week or two or three when you start exercising. When insulin remains low, fat starts to go down.
Let's move on to the last point that everyone is waiting for and asking about: food, drinks, and medications.
Unfortunately, there is nothing that increases the body's metabolism. There are no medications that increase the body's metabolism, and there are no foods or drinks that increase the body's metabolism.
People who say drink ginger to lose weight, drink licorice, drink cinnamon, drink green tea in the morning and evening are wrong.
But to be scientifically accurate, there are things that increase metabolism, but they only increase it by one, two, or three percent, such as green tea and ginger, which people talk about.
How do you increase metabolism?
Increase the body's fat-burning factories, which are the muscles. Increase the percentage of muscle in your body. The same applies to girls. If my body is muscular, it burns three or four thousand calories every day. If my body is fat, it burns 500 or 600 calories every day.
The more you exercise, the more muscle you gain, and the more your body burns.
Anything else will only increase your calorie burn by one, two, or three percent. Please don't be fooled by pills or drinks.
One last point:
If you eat something with sugar, your insulin will go up and burn the sugar.
Okay, does insulin drop again? No, it doesn't drop. So, if I eat a Snickers bar with 2,000 calories, my insulin will rise and start burning fat. Okay, it burns sugar, but will insulin drop after burning? No.
It will remain high for three days, meaning that on the day you eat chocolate, insulin will remain high and continue to burn fat, and you will continue to burn fat for three days? Yes.
I understand that the diet ruins everything (ruins your body). Why? Because what you ate keeps the fat stores open for three days, 72 hours.

Please note the following:
Insulin levels rise after eating foods rich in sugar, and no doctor in the world, nor any book in the world, has ever said that I can lose a quarter of a kilo as long as my insulin levels are high. Eating sugar raises insulin levels for three days.
I know how to completely eliminate sugar from your life. Why do I know this? Because there is no such thing as a cheat day. On a cheat day, there is no pizza, no basbousa, and no chocolate.
Let me ask you some common questions:
The first question is, should I drink milk?
Milk contains sugar, which is lactose. 95% of people do not have the enzyme that digests milk, which is lactase.
.Milk causes osteoporosis. Ask a knowledgeable doctor
If you insist on drinking milk and love milk, drink fermented milk that contains beneficial bacteria, such as yogurt and cheese.
Beneficial bacteria feed on lactose. Or drink lactose-free milk.
Second question: Do you eat bread (flour)?
Flour contains three toxins: white sugar, white flour, and white salt. If you find your son smoking, he may die of lung cancer, but if your son insists on eating bread, sugar, and salt every day, he will develop diabetes when he grows up, he will develop high blood pressure when he grows up, he will suffer from artery problems, or at least he will be overweight. If you don't mind, flour in the body is treated like
sugar. It raises insulin levels, and since insulin levels are high... Continue (you've become smarter than me).
I avoid three things:
sugar, flour, and salt, which affect immunity, skin, and concentration. The flour available on the market is genetically modified, and the body treats it like sugar and flour that contains gluten.
Flour contains salt and genetically modified ingredients, and genetically modified flour is harmful. Ask if you want to be sure. Flour that rises in two or three days must be genetically modified.
However, the body treats it just like sugar. This is the first problem with flour. The second problem with flour is that it contains gluten. Do you know what gluten is? The word “gluten” is derived from the word “glue,” which means dough glue. It goes down into the intestines as it was before it went into the oven, and forms glue (dough) in the small and large intestines, like hair (glue), sticking to it and breaking it, causing bloating, decreased immunity, or colon cancer, because the small intestine is affected first, and this affects digestion. All this is because of flour and gluten, so we try to stay away from flour.
Localized weight loss:
I want to lose weight. Some people say that there is a special diet for the buttocks, and that this diet is specific to the shoulder area.
This is not true. There is no such thing as localized weight loss except for surgery, where we open the body with a scalpel, remove the fat, and close it. Otherwise, there is no need to remove fat because the whole body burns fat little by little, and it all disappears together.
The most important thing is the belly problem:
Since the blood vessels in the belly are small, it takes time for the fat to disappear little by little. The fat on the chest, shoulders, and legs disappears first, and then the belly starts to show because it has fewer blood vessels. That's why dieting takes so long.
Understood. No one is making fun of you:
They tell you to lose weight in certain areas, wear a belt, and put on a patch, but there is no such thing as losing weight in certain areas.
